Judy Kamau is a business leader and entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience.

She is the Founder, Director, and CEO of Luxury Golden Duranta Villas and Apartments in Diani Beach, Kenya, where she is responsible for setting strategic direction, brand positioning, property development, and operations.

Judy also serves as an Executive Director at Seguros Africa Capital Partners, a holding company specializing in investments in the insurance industry.
Previously, Judy worked in the finance and reinsurance sectors, both locally and internationally, as a Senior Reinsurance Accountant at Renaissance Reinsurance in Bermuda and Singapore, as an Accounts Executive at AON Insurance Managers in Bermuda, and as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Kenya.

Judy holds a First Class Honors degree in Civil Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University and an Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD. She also holds the following professional qualifications: ACCA, ARM and CPCU. She is also a Certified Executive Coaching and aa member of the Women on Boards Network.
